A teen trouble-maker's parents run away from home and he goes to the store to prepare for a party that evening. He discovers a baby bundled into his cart while he wasn't looking. Along with the tyke is a note asking him to care for the boy, called Woo-Ram. Believing it to be from a girl he had once been with, he does his best to provide for the child on his own.
