An NIS agent, trying hard to catch a North Korean assassin, muff's up a bust and loses his job while the badguy gets away. He then tries to get one of the assassin's assistants to help, but fails the attempt. 6 years later, working as a bounty hunter of sorts, he once more runs into the assistant and hires him on for needed help, as well as hoping he would eventually lead him to the assassin he had failed to catch before.
